I have created a custom knowledge base for one of the public avatar in the Labs sections of the Heygen Platform.

Then, I am using interactive avatar streaming API wherein while creating new session I am passing knowledge_base_id parameter (a string : knowledge based id that I copied from the Heygen Platform). However, when I converse with avatar, the avatar doens't really talk as per the knowledge base, it uses default heygen's pre-configured knowledge base. I tried knowledge_base parameter as well. Both methods are not working. Can you throw some light on this matter.
